We use this to send you occasional emails about HEXADECK and PulseCode Audio — launch news, demos, and pricing. Nothing else.
We use MailerLite to store our mailing list and send our emails. They act as our “processor”: they only handle your data on our instructions and for this purpose. You can read their privacy practices in the MailerLite Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored within the EU (Lithuania). The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate data protection, so this transfer is permitted.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you withdraw consent, we remove you from the list and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we don’t email you again.
If our list goes inactive for a long period (around two years), we will either ask you to re-confirm you still want to hear from us, or delete your details.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To do any of these, email us at hello@pulsecodeaudio.com, or click unsubscribe in any email we send.
You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by calling their helpline.
